What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper operation of all equipment

  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to support a zero‑incident workplace
