In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site in Merrimack, NH. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Lead to develop laser, electro-optic, and infrared systems for our defense aerospace customers with the Integrated Survivability Systems business line. The successful candidate will lead as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team contributing to the design, modeling, simulation, and testing efforts that will evolve next-generation of autonomous systems supporting the digital/electronic warfare battle environment.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Earned-Value Management (EVM) and Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities

Possess an Active Secret Clearance

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science

Direct experience in EOIR technology engineering activities such as analysis, hardware/software design, prototyping, integration, test, and/or verification

Experience leading technical teams

Experience identifying, delegating, tracking, and reporting team tasks
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

HW or SW Qualification experience

Specific skills within the domains of active EO/IR, passive EO/IR or Electronic Warfare (EW)

Executing tasks in Agile Environments (Sprints, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
