Material Handler

All Shifts Available

Pay: $23–$25/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and adaptable Material Handler to join our weekend shift team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple warehouse departments, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate flexibility, and contribute to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing organization that values employee development and internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick sheets and order fulfillment procedures.

  • Utilize RF scanners to track inventory, process orders, and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Build, organize, and wrap pallets for shipment.

  • Break down boxes and prepare materials for storage or distribution.

  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment throughout the warehouse.

  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including:

  • Reach Trucks

  • Stand-Up Forklifts

  • Sit-Down Forklifts

  • Tuggers

  • Load and unload materials, products, and shipments efficiently.

  • Support various warehouse departments based on operational needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and productivity expectations.

Required Qualifications

Must Have

  • Previous warehouse experience.

  • Flexibility to work in different departments and adapt to changing daily assignments.

  • Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, standing, walking, and material handling.

  • Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of forklift operating experience.

  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

  • Ability to cross-train in production-related tasks.

  • Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse technology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
