Insight Global is seeking a Housekeeping & Facilities Associate (On-Site) for a hospitality client operating in a scenic, remote Alaska resort environment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience of the property. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a humble, team-oriented mindset. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values structure, and accountability, and is excited about living and working in a unique, outdoors-focused setting. The hiring manager is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds—not just traditional housekeeping—if they fully understand the day-to-day responsibilities and what it means to live and work in a remote, on-site environment. Success in this role is less about direct experience and more about mindset. The team is intentionally screening for individuals who demonstrate reliability, humility, organization, physical capability, and a genuine willingness to live onsite and contribute consistently. Candidates with maintenance or general labor experience will have opportunities to expand responsibilities and increase hours!

Day-to-Day:

•Clean and maintain guest rooms, cabins, and resort facilities

•Organize housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory standards

•Ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hospitality expectations

•Assist with general resort operations as needed

•Support maintenance tasks if applicable (for qualified candidates)

•Collaborate with the operations manager and team for daily priorities

•Follow schedules and maintain consistent productivity during shifts
