Overview of Requirements

- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.

Graduate Degree, preferred.

Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, Nuclear Medicine Program, or Sonography Program; or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program; or CAAHEP-approved Sonography Program, required.

Certified and registered by ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS – RT(R), CNMT, or RDMS, required.

Applicable state license, required.

Additional Skills (required):

Thorough knowledge of principles in procedural areas. Considerable knowledge of state and federal regulations and general safety requirements. Skill in data analysis, organization, and presentation. Ability to manage departmental operations and provide support. Ability to work effectively with physicians, administration, and other departmental managers.
