Key focus areas include Follow preventative maintenance program set forth by the Director of Facility Management, including paint‑touch up, grounds, building tour readiness, lights, gutters, pathways, and trash removal, Practice excellent time management skills and complete tasks within company time frames, and Ensure building and grounds are clean, immaculate and appealing to residents, guests, referral sources and prospects.
Successful candidates bring High School Diploma/GED Equivalent, Construction Experience Coordinating Building Repairs, and Valid Driver’s License. Important skills include Preventative Maintenance, Time Management, OSHA Compliance Knowledge, OSHA Compliance, Elevator Inspection Knowledge, and Fire Sprinkler System Knowledge. Preferred (not required): Preventative Maintenance Knowledge, Building Cleanliness, Maintenance Documentation, and Construction Coordination.
