Preferred (not required): MS Office, Vibration Analysis Software, Data Acquisition System, and English Reading.

Job Description
[Albemarle Xinyu Site] is hiring for a [Lubrication & Vibration Specialist]. This position is [located in Xinyu Jiangxi].
What You Will Do
一、状态监测与EHS管理（Condition Monitoring & EHS）
负责公司关键动设备的振动监测、润滑管理及状态评估工作。
确保所有监测与维护活动符合公司EHS及工艺安全（PSM）要求。
识别设备潜在故障风险（如轴承损伤、不平衡、不对中等），并推动措施落实。
支持安全审核、EHS检查及问题整改闭环。
二、振动分析与设备诊断（Vibration Analysis & Diagnostics）
执行振动数据采集、分析及趋势判断，出具分析报告。
对异常振动设备进行故障诊断并提出维修建议。
建立及优化设备振动基线与报警标准。
支持关键设备故障分析（RCA）及可靠性提升项目。
三、润滑管理与优化（Lubrication Management）
制定并优化润滑策略（如润滑周期、油品选择、加脂标准等）。
负责润滑站及设备润滑系统的检查、维护及改进。
推动润滑标准化（如颜色标识、润滑点管理、SOP）。
开展油液分析（Oil Analysis），识别污染、磨损及劣化问题。
四、计划执行与系统管理（Planning & System Support）
根据维护策略执行PM、点检及状态监测任务。
在SAP PM系统中记录振动与润滑数据，并跟踪缺陷整改。
编制检查清单（Checklist）及监测路线（Route）。
参与大修、检修过程中的状态确认与技术支持。
五、可靠性提升与持续改进（Reliability & CI）
支持可靠性工程师开展设备可靠性分析（如RBI、RCA）。
推动预防性和预测性维护策略应用与优化。
对重复性问题进行分析并实施改进措施。
制定及优化振动、润滑相关技术标准与SOP。
六、培训与技术支持（Training & Support）
为维修团队提供振动分析及润滑管理培训。
指导现场人员正确执行润滑和状态监测工作。
提供技术支持，提升团队整体设备管理能力。
七、其他
完成上级安排的其他任务。
What You Bring
Required:
-
大专及以上学历，或相当于同样水准的学历教育，化工机械或机电类专业。
-
3年以上石油化工、精细化工、能源或新材料行业设备管理经验
-
有振动分析和润滑管理经验优先
-
有预测性维护（PdM）项目经验优先
-
熟悉动设备（泵、风机、压缩机等）运行原理与常见故障模式
-
熟练掌握振动分析技术（如频谱分析、时域分析等）
-
熟悉润滑管理、油品选型及油液分析方法
-
了解设备可靠性管理（如RCA、RCM、PdM）方法
-
熟悉SAP PM或类似设备管理系统
Preferred:

振动分析认证（如ISO CAT I/II/III）优先

润滑工程师认证（如ICML）优先

熟练使用MS office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT）等；

能使用振动分析软件及数据采集系统

具备一定英文阅读能力优先
