Job Title: Operations Team Member Job Description

As an Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting restaurant furniture such as table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will use hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools to perform your tasks. Additionally, you will operate sit-down forklifts in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting on restaurant furniture.

  • Utilizing hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools.

  • Operating sit-down forklifts in the warehouse.

Essential Skills

  • 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience.

  • 1 to 2 years of recent construction, millwork, or cabinetry experience.

  • 1 to 2 years of recent experience with hand and power tools.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with measuring tools.

  • Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

Work in a collaborative cell structure where teamwork is essential. The manufacturing environment can be dusty, especially in the millwork area, and warm during the summer. Employees are provided with respirators if needed. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toed boots. The first shift runs from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
