Global Culture & Regional Experience Lead

Overview Description

As the Global Culture & Regional Experience Lead, you will sit at the intersection of our physical workplace operations and our organizational culture. In this hybrid role, you will dual-hat as the Regional Workplace Lead for the APAC territory while acting as the Global Center of Excellence (CoE) Owner for Employee Experience (EX). Globally, you will shape our company culture by driving employee engagement surveys, leading our culture champion network, and designing intentional, strategic events. Regionally, you will ensure our physical office operations run seamlessly, creating environments where our employees can do their best work.

The Role / Job

Global Employee Experience & Culture Strategy ( CoE Owner - 50% )

  • Engagement & Insights: Own the end-to-end strategy for global employee engagement surveys; analyze pulse data, extract actionable insights, and partner with regional PBP team and leadership to implement cultural improvements.

  • Culture Champions: Build, scale, and nurture an international network of Culture Champions across all global offices to ensure localized engagement aligns with overarching company values.

  • Strategic & Intentional Events: Architect the global blueprint for company-wide events, celebrations, and connection points, ensuring every gathering has a strategic purpose tied to retention and team cohesion.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with the other regional leads and people services team to seamlessly integrate cultural milestones into core HR workflows (e.g., global onboarding, company milestones, and initiatives). Regional Workplace Operations (Regional Lead - 50%)

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, space planning, health & safety compliance, and local vendor management for your assigned regional cluster.

  • On-Site Experience: Maintain a vibrant, high-utility physical office environment that reflects our corporate culture and meets the operational needs of local teams.

  • Budgetary Oversight: Manage the local operations budget, tracking expenses for office supplies, local snacks, catering, and regional community events. Knowledge Required

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Workplace Management, People Operations, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Event Strategy.

Data-Driven: Proven ability to interpret employee feedback data (e.g., eNPS, engagement metrics) and translate statistics into actionable workplace initiatives.

Community Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and storytelling skills, with a track record of building cross-functional communities across diverse global regions.

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to balance high-level cultural strategic planning with the daily, hands-on logistics of running a physical office.
