Licensed Practical Nurse – Central City, Kentucky
Local Pay: $ 37.50/hour
Travel Pay:
**Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $18.02, Stipend (Lodging $539 + M&I $266.00) = $805.00, **
Total Comp :$1,453.72
Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:
- 12 hour- Night
**JOB DESCRIPTION: **
-
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.
-
Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
-
Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.
-
Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
-
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
-
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.
-
Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Current, valid, and unrestrictedKentucky license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as aLPN.

Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; TB screening with negative PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, or T-SPOT results; Hepatitis B Consent/Declination Form; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
