Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Operations and Logistics Sr. Manager for a leading biopharma client supporting a campus expansion initiative in Tarrytown, NY. This individual will act as a bridge between design, construction, and project leadership teams to ensure successful execution of complex capital projects. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded construction background with experience in field operations, project management, constructability reviews, contract administration, and logistics planning. A major component of the role involves reviewing contractor-submitted documentation, identifying risks and gaps, supporting claims analysis, and developing executive-level reporting and presentations. This is a 12-month ongoing contract with a pay range of 86-96/hr, and is onsite in Tarrytown, NY.
Day-to-Day:
• Serve as a key liaison between project leadership, contractors, design teams, and construction management teams
• Analyze contractor schedules, logistics plans, means and methods, and constructability concerns
• Review contract documents and identify scope gaps, overlaps, errors, omissions, and potential claims
• Develop tracking mechanisms for claims reviews, risk mitigation, and contract alignment
• Prepare executive-level presentations, project analytics, and status updates for leadership
• Support bidding, bid leveling, procurement strategy, and contractor award reviews
• Track project risks, schedule impacts, and cost implications while providing recommendations for resolution
• Review vendor and contractor documentation and assist with conflict resolution and negotiations

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management or construction operations experience
• Strong understanding of large-scale construction projects, logistics, scheduling, and constructability reviews
• Experience reviewing contractor documentation, identifying gaps, duplicates, scope issues, and change orders
• Ability to analyze construction claims, contract language, and general conditions
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, reporting, and analytics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to report upward to directors/executives and coordinate cross-functionally with project teams
• Experience tracking risks, schedules, claims, and project controls
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, data center, manufacturing, or other highly complex construction project experience
• Previous Superintendent background combined with Project Management experience
• Professional licensure (PE, RA, CCM, PMP, etc.)
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, SharePoint, or Unifier
