Insight Global is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in the St. Petersburg, FL area. This resource will be responsible for the overall general office functions to support the patient care, including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and co-payments. You'll also be scheduling of diagnostic and follow up appointments and answering phone calls. You'll greet patients when they arrive and manage wait times as well as complete check-in and check-out tasks! You'll manage cashier box and daily deposits and process walk-in patients and visitors.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of customer service or patient service experience

Very strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Data entry experience (Excel)

Experienced talking to clients and patients on the phone and via email

Proficient with Microsoft Suite experience 2ICD 10

CPT coding experience

healthcare, dentistry, medical industry experience

Bi-lingual in Spanish
