Contract @ $20-22/hour

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for supporting pilot plant and bulk manufacturing operations in a regulated GMP environment. The Manufacturing Operator will operate manufacturing equipment, complete batch documentation, perform required calculations, and support troubleshooting of equipment and process-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Plant Technicians and Campaign Managers to identify and resolve process- and equipment-related challenges

  • Develop and maintain proficiency in manufacturing equipment operation, batch record documentation, and manufacturing calculations.

  • Follow all applicable GMP procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements.

  • Properly wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing work area.

  • Perform manufacturing operations accurately and efficiently while maintaining adherence to established processes and procedures.

  • Support troubleshooting activities related to manufacturing equipment and processes

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with bulk manufacturing processes and established GMP procedures preferred.

  • Technical understanding of manufacturing systems, methods, equipment, and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
