Full job description

Job Title: Commercial Electrician Lead

50 hour work weeks

$100/day worked per diem

Pay: $35-$38/hr.+ based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team for new construction and commercial work. You will have the opportunity to lead small crews of 1-3 electricians or work independently. The initial projects are slated for a minimum of 2 months, with potential extensions up to 6 months or longer, given the abundance of work available. This role involves hands-on electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • OSHA certification is a plus.

  • Experience with conduit: PVC, EMT, rigid is advantageous.

  • Experience running small crews of 1-3 electricians, or willingness to do so if no prior experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
