Location: Sports Medicine and Rehab 1053 MEDICAL CENTER DR ORANGE CITY, FL 32763

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm And Additional hours as events required

Checks in with staff routinely, facilitates individualized developmental meetings, and completes performance appraisals accurately and within established timeframes.

Plans and implements employee engagement activities, provides systematic feedback, and counsels staff as needed.

Maintains area-specific productivity standards and overall performance through documentation.

Assists with patient care within the scope of practice when available and required.

Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and standards of accrediting bodies and payers.
Education:
- Doctorate [Required]

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy [Required]
Work Experience:

2+ years healthcare experience [Required]

1+ supervisory/leadership experience [Preferred]
