Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Knowledge of client/customer service principles preferred.- Excellent keyboarding, data entry, and word processing skills. Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a registrar's office or student services as well as working knowledge of USC academic policies and procedures.- Experience with grading systems and student records, and Banner Student is highly desirable.
