  • Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met

  • Oversee the workflow of all vehicles, including the accurate management, ordering, and sale of parts and service.

  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, capable of effectively navigating and overcoming daily operational challenges to ensure seamless store performance.

  • Manage and mentor technicians and sales associates to cultivate a high-performing, positive, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed

  • Two or more years of experience in a sales manager or general manager position for a store or auto group is necessary

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and trends

  • Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles
