Full job description
Job Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Execution: Lead the product roadmap and implementation for fiat on-ramp/off-ramp services and payment channels, including Virtual Accounts (VA umbrella accounts), card acquiring, e-wallets, and remittance solutions.
- Partner & Channel Management: Liaise with external partners (banks, PSPs, and acquirers) to drive new channel integrations, continuous capability optimization, and cost control.
- User Experience & Conversion: Design and optimize payment flows and UX to continuously boost payment success rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze channel performance (success rates, processing latency, risk metrics, and reconciliation indicators) and drive solution implementation for issues identified.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure channel stability, regulatory compliance, and fund security.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; graduates from top-tier universities (e.g., QS Top 100 or equivalent) are preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of product management experience in international payments or fintech is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional and external partnerships effectively.
- Language Proficiency: Good spoken English skills (capable of conducting business discussions).
