Insight Global is seeking a Technical Product Owner to support the build of a brand new claims tracking system within Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud. You will partner closely with leadership, business analysts, and development teams to define product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment. On a daily basis, you will manage user stories end-to-end—facilitating sprint planning, story point estimation, and PI planning while ensuring alignment to the overall product roadmap and business objectives. You will collaborate heavily with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and ensure features are delivered with high quality and scalability. This role involves significant involvement in Agile ceremonies and working sessions, requiring you to actively participate in discussions around dependencies, priorities, and delivery timelines. You will operate in a highly collaborative and meeting-heavy environment, acting as the central point of coordination between product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner in an Agile/SAFe environment
Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Data Cloud
Hands-on experience creating and managing user stories, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria (SPICs, story mapping, etc.)
Experience planning and facilitating sprint planning, PI planning, and Agile ceremonies
Ability to build and execute against a product roadmap in partnership with Product Managers
Strong technical understanding with ability to work closely with developers and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working on data-driven or enterprise platform implementations (claims, healthcare, or similar domains preferred)
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience collaborating across leadership, BAs, and engineering teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and meeting-heavy environment
