If you’re detail-oriented and interested in applying your automotive knowledge while supporting a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands, join the Avis Budget Group team.
In this role, your work helps keep vehicles properly serviced and on the road—directly supporting vehicle reliability and a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
You will manage inventory and coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts, tires, tools, and shop supplies needed to support vehicle maintenance and repair. This includes working closely with technicians to ensure the right parts are available at the right time for a diverse fleet of newer vehicles across multiple makes and models.
You will process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure parts operations run efficiently. By supporting timely and accurate repairs, your work helps minimize vehicle downtime and ensures vehicles are ready and reliable for customers.

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and basic shop operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive vehicles
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely •6 months automotive parts, dealership, fleet, or technical school experience is a bonus
