Position Highlights:

As a CRNA in our team , you'll enjoy a collegial, low-turnover anesthesia team with 4 physicians and 13 CRNAs where you will enjoy a collaborative care environment, autonomy in your practice, and a medically supportive anesthesia team—all while living in a vibrant, affordable community. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and developing individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Administering anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural settings.
  • Monitoring patient status throughout the perioperative period.
  • Collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing teams, and procedural staff.
  • Participating in post-anesthesia evaluations and patient recovery planning.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Supporting Advocate Health's commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care. The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

License/Registration/Certification Required : ​

  • Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
  • Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
  • Active DEA registration prior to hire
  • Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire Education Required : ​ ​Master’s Degree in Nursing

Experience Required : No experience required. Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
