Work Schedule and Shift Requirements
We Work Sunday through Thursday. Off Friday and Saturdays. Ability to work flexible hours (early morning and night shifts are common in commercial kitchen cleaning). Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work on roofs when necessary. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Hood Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Murray, KY. As a technician, you will perform hands-on deep cleaning and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. No prior experience is required—we provide complete, paid training to ensure you learn industry standards and safe operating procedures!
Key Responsibilities
Deep clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and rooftop exhaust fans.
Utilize pressure washers, scraping tools, and specialized chemical degreasers safely and effectively.
Inspect exhaust systems before and after service to ensure NFPA 96 and local fire code compliance.
Set up plastic tarping and protective coverings to keep commercial kitchen work areas clean during service.
Maintain clean equipment, company tools, and service vehicles.
Communicate professionally with restaurant managers and team members.
