Description
Delivering extraordinary Apple products made of soft materials is an exciting challenge that requires a cohesive team of creative, open-minded thinkers with a wide variety of backgrounds. We work together in several alluring, customized labs where we design, engineer and develop the best products in the world. Softgoods materials and assembly processes are very different than traditional engineering materials and manufacturing methods. If these are new to you, you will quickly learn by working closely with our team. You will learn how to seamlessly integrate electrical and mechanical components into Softgoods to create soft products that are both breathtaking and highly functional.
Minimum Qualifications

BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

7+ years of product design with extensive CAD experience
Preferred Qualifications
-
MS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
12+ years of product design with NX experience

Previous Softgoods and / or wearables product design
-
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to a multi-disciplinary team
