Employment Type: Part time Shift: Day Shift

Description: McCauley Commons in Detroit, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role (20 hours a week) is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors.

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and records.

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.

  • Support property management staff with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as necessary. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
