Armed Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Patrol Driver in Corsicana, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and Level III Armed Certification. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving and loading areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter.

• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns.

• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
