10 hours variable shifts from 6:00am - 4:30pm and 10:30am - 9:00pm.

Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$77.250 - $77.250 - $84.980
The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will Do
Performs professional functions relating to providing appropriate drug information participating in all clinical programs, dispensing, and compounding of drugs. Has responsibility for drug control within the pharmacy and distribution throughout the hospital. Assists in other areas as directed by the Director of Pharmacy. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy or Pharmacy Manager, assumes responsibility for the operation of the Pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy -REQUIRED

1 Year acute care hospital experience.

Experience with controlled substances.

Oncology experience (OP Infusion Oncology department only).
Other Qualification Requirements
- ACLS or PhART (Pharmacy Advanced Resuscitation Training), required certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire. - REQUIREDMaintains a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education per license period (2 years), required.

Compound and dispense drugs according to policy.4. Responsible for drug control and distribution throughout the hospital.5. Assumes responsibility for the operation of the hospital pharmacy.
