Description
Job purpose
To be the primary onsite electrical leader, directly managing field operations and driving high stakes commercial and federal power projects for 8-koi; a diverse Florida based service company that has been providing outstanding results for our clients for over 18 years now.
The Electrical Superintendent will lead a complex electrical installation, direct subcontractor crews, and maintain zero-tolerance safety. Working with a company that values passion, excellence, dependability and thoughtfulness, your expertise ensures mission-critical systems execute flawlessly.
Duties and responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations to ensure complex electrical systems install strictly to plans and codes.

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate diverse onsite electrical crews and specialized subcontractors.

Enforce rigorous electrical safety protocols and continuous compliance with NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations.

Interface directly with owners, engineers, and municipal inspectors to resolve electrical design or site issues.

Monitor electrical schedules, conduct/wire deliveries, and resource allocations to eliminate project delays.

Maintain comprehensive daily site logs, safety inspection reports, and electrical operational transparency.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of dedicated electrical superintendent or supervisory field management experience.

Proven track record leading complex commercial, industrial, or federal electrical construction sites.

Deep operational expertise in high/voltage distribution, switchgear, controls, and conduit installation

Excellent communication, crew leadership, and high-stakes troubleshooting capabilities on active job sites.

Travel Required.

Preferred to have a Journeyman Electrical License.

Active OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E safety training.

Previous experience managing federal ID/IQ or government facility electrical infrastructure contracts.
Ability to multi-task and work independently, and have a sharp attention to detail
