Job Type Description

The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking applicants interested in being a full-time substitute position for ADM Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is a daily substitute at the 7th-8th grade level.

ADM Middle School educates approximately 385 students and is located directly west of Waukee on the edge of the Des Moines metropolitan area. The motto at ADM Middle School is "Relationships, Relationships, Relationships." We believe strongly in developing positive relationships with our students, families and with each other.

The ADM staff uses the Professional Learning Community model.
