Job Highlights:
SAP Experience, Required.
Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30pm - this role will be fully onsite and will cover both DePaul and St. Joseph's Lake St. Louis Hospitals.
Preferred Experience - prior experience working with vendors, great communication and customer service.
Job Summary:
Under supervision and following established policies and procedures, ensures an adequate inventory of assigned products and coordinates with supply base. Also responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the values of the SSM Health Care System and principles of CQI
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure proper inventory control.

Manages quantity blocked invoices.

Chairs weekly vendor and manufacturer back order management meetings.

Provides WiFi bar-code scanner training and maintenance.

Provides SAP system training.

Coordinates freight transportation.

Provides customer service and support to all internal customers.

Responds, dispositions and acts upon RASMAS recall alerts and notification.

Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
