Job Description:
- Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
- Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures.
- Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.

Participation in S.T.A.B.L.E. program for nurses working with newborns preferred; may obtain post-hire within six months.

Participation in C.O.R.E. program for nurses providing primary NICU care; may obtain post-hire when the program is offered. Education:

Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:
- 1+ years experience in an area of NICU Nursing [Preferred] Additional Information:
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required]
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
