KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Sales Operations to join our Advisory Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

Support the administration and integration of sales compensation tracking systems, including Varicent, ensuring they are aligned with organizational changes

Maintain data integrity by conducting regular system audits and resolving discrepancies in compensation data

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compensation tools, collaborating with internal teams to address bugs and implement necessary updates

Conduct regular sales metric audits to ensure accurate crediting across BDO and Alliances

Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled processes into existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience in client delivery or related projects within a professional services firm is preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required

Proven experience with compensation tools such as Varicent or similar systems

Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail; expertise in data management and maintaining data integrity; excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Background in AI integration and business process automation is preferred

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
