Position Highlights
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in ENT clinic.

Schedule patients and perform office administrative functions.

Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period.

Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care.

Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients.
Requirements:

Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems

Previous clinic nursing experience preferred
-
IA LPN or RN license
-
BLS - onsite training available upon hire
Schedule:
-
72 hrs per pay period
-
4 days per week; 7:30a-4:30p

The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the department
