$25–$28 per hour - Weekly Pay! | Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday–Friday School Hours
We are now hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026–2027 school year for the South Orange County area!
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students during the school day
-
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
-
Collect and record data using ABA therapy procedures
-
Support students’ communication, social-emotional, and behavioral skill development
-
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
-
Maintain professionalism and consistency across school environments
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
6+ months of ABA experience (required)
-
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred)
-
Reliable transportation to school sites across Orange County
-
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits

$25–$28 per hour, based on experience and education

Daytime Monday–Friday schedule aligned with school hours
