We're looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-first Office Operations & Employee Experience Manager who loves building great employee experiences and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.

As a key member of the People team, you'll be at the heart of everything that keeps Linx running. You'll own office operations, employee lifecycle processes, welfare initiatives, HR systems, and our social media presence, while creating memorable experiences that bring people together and strengthen our culture. This is a hands-on, high impact role for someone who thrives on making things happen, pays attention to every detail, and enjoys building an environment where employees feel connected, supported, and excited to come to work every day.

What you’ll do:

Office Management & Operations

  • Own the day-to-day operations of our office and ensure it remains welcoming, organized, well-equipped, and running smoothly.

  • Manage relationships with office suppliers, service providers, landlords, and external vendors.

  • Oversee office inventory, equipment, food, supplies, maintenance, and other ongoing operational needs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes, employee services, and the overall workplace experience.

  • Support employees with day-to-day operational needs and serve as the go-to person for office-related matters. Welfare & Employee Experience

  • Own the company’s annual welfare calendar, including planning and executing employee events, happy hours, holiday celebrations, team activities, gifts, benefits and other engagement initiatives from budgeting through execution.

  • Proactively develop new initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, connection, and company culture.

  • Support internal communication around company activities, celebrations, employee updates, and People initiatives.

  • Help ensure that employees feel supported, recognized, and connected throughout their experience at Linx. Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

  • Maintain our HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and cross-functional workflows.

  • Continuously improve People processes as the company grows. Social Media & Employer Brand

  • Own Linx's social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content that showcases our people, culture, events, milestones, and life at Linx.

  • Support employer branding initiatives that help attract exceptional talent.

  • Monitor content performance and continuously look for new ways to increase engagement and reach. Requirements What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Office Management, Employee Experience, Welfare, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing technology company.

  • Proven ability to manage office operations, employee events, and welfare initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Experience working with HR systems and supporting employee lifecycle processes.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.

  • Creativity, positive energy, and strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Advantage:

  • Experience with employer branding, social media management, or content creation.

  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.

  • Experience supporting a scaling startup and building operational processes.
