Opportunity Overview

We are looking for motivated and quality-focused Electro-mechanical Assemblers to join our production team at our new Universal Robots manufacturing site. You will be part of a skilled workforce responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing robotic systems that are delivered to customers around the world.

In this role you will:

  • Assemble robotic systems and subassemblies according to work instructions

  • Install mechanical and electrical components

  • Perform functional testing and product inspections

  • Identify and report quality issues and support troubleshooting activities

  • Record production data in the ERP system

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production

  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components

  • Ability to build systems and subassemblies according to work instructions

  • Ability to follow work instructions and technical drawings

  • Functional test experience is a plus

  • Basic computer skills, data entry

  • Technical aptitude and an interest in mechanics and technology

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:

The hourly range for this role is $20-$24 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
