ROLE OVERVIEW
F2 is hiring an Executive Business Partner to the CEO to act as a force multiplier for our founder and leadership team. This is not a traditional executive assistant role. We’re looking for a high-judgment operator who can own executive support fundamentals while also taking on operational projects, coordinating across people and business operations, and helping the company run more effectively every day.
You’ll partner closely with the CEO and work in lockstep with F2’s operations and people leaders. You’ll manage the core administrative responsibilities that create leverage — calendar, travel, expenses, and meeting prep — but success in this role also means stepping beyond reactive support into proactive problem-solving, project execution, and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow toward business operations, strategic operations, or chief of staff–type work over time, while remaining deeply excellent at executive support. That framing is consistent with how many startups define “Executive Business Partner” roles: as leverage multipliers who combine executive operations with cross-functional business support, rather than purely administrative coverage
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
Own the CEO’s calendar end to end: prioritization, scheduling, conflict resolution, and protecting time for the highest-value work.
-
Manage travel, expenses, and day-to-day executive logistics with precision and discretion.
-
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-through for leadership meetings, board meetings, candidate meetings, and key external conversations.
-
Act as a proactive thought partner to the CEO by identifying friction, improving workflows, and helping the office of the CEO run with more leverage.
-
Take on operational projects that support company priorities, including cross-functional coordination, special projects, and leadership follow-through.
-
Support people and business operations workflows as needed, including onboarding coordination, process support, and internal operational execution.
-
Help maintain a high-functioning office environment and support workplace operations across locations as the company grows.
-
Coordinate effectively with leaders across the business and become a trusted connective tissue across the organization.
-
Handle highly sensitive information with strong judgment, maturity, and confidentiality.
WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE
-
The CEO’s time is protected and aligned to company priorities.
-
Important follow-ups don’t get dropped.
-
Travel, scheduling, and logistics run smoothly without requiring escalation.
-
Cross-functional projects move faster because you create structure and momentum.
-
You spot gaps early, solve problems before they become issues, and make the organization more effective.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF
-
You have 4+ years of experience in executive support, executive operations, business operations, people operations, or a hybrid role in a fast-moving environment.
-
You’ve supported a founder, CEO, or senior executive and know how to manage complexity with calm and good judgment.
-
You are exceptional at the fundamentals: calendar management, travel, prioritization, and follow-through.
-
You also want more than a purely administrative role and are energized by project work, operational ownership, and building better systems.
-
You communicate clearly, work well across functions, and can build trust with senior stakeholders.
-
You have strong business judgment and know when to execute independently versus escalate.
-
You are excited by startups, ambiguity, and the opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership over time.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
-
Experience supporting both executive operations and internal business or people operations.
-
Experience with onboarding coordination, workplace operations, or office buildout/support.
-
Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency in day-to-day work.
WHY F2?
-
Join a fast-growing AI startup reshaping workflows in private markets and finance.
-
Be part of a small, high-impact team where your work directly influences product and company trajectory.
-
Competitive compensation with equity upside and benefits.
-
Collaborative, mission-driven culture that values craftsmanship, curiosity, and rapid iteration.
