As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol in Johnstown, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and responsive assistance while embodying Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established site procedures.

Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues observed during patrols to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
