About the Role The Membership Manager is a high-impact individual contributor on Chief’s B2C sales team, responsible for driving new membership revenue across the country. This role is ideal for a seasoned closer who thrives in consultative, phone-based sales, manages pipeline with rigor, and consistently exceeds quota.

You will own the sales cycle — from when the interview is scheduled through close — and play a strategic role in optimizing funnel performance and accelerating revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and close a monthly new business quota, consistently driving high ASP outcomes

  • Lead consultative interviews with senior executive prospects (C-suite & C-1)

  • Run a disciplined, data-driven pipeline in Salesforce with clear forecasting and next steps

  • Proactively manage follow-up cadence to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion

  • Source and qualify outbound leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools

  • Partner cross-functionally to improve funnel efficiency, retargeting efforts, and conversion rates; such as testing new messaging tactics and communication channels

  • Identify trends in objections, buying signals, and deal blockers and suggest ideas to continuously improve conversion rates and optimize the sales funnel

What You’ve Done (and Do Well)

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets

  • Strong closer with demonstrated success selling over the phone and in virtual environments

  • Experience selling to senior executives and/or sophisticated buyers

  • Consistent history of high ASP and multi-layered deal management

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting)

  • Comfortable managing 100+ active opportunities at various stages

  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and accountable for results

  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and is eager to better understand the broader vision in order to best support company goals

  • Experience with Salesloft/Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, or similar tools strongly preferred

Why You'll Want to Work Here:

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • 20 weeks of paid gender neutral parental leave

  • Full medical, dental, and vision packages, 401(k)

  • Opportunity to work for a startup focused on driving real change for women in business

  • Opportunity to create and attend inspiring experiences and events with leaders of the industry

  • Access to our ongoing virtual Chief member exclusive content, including workshops, thought leadership, and iconic speakers

While we’re committed to remaining compliant and adhering to mandates, for us, pay transparency is more than a consideration of what’s lawful and unlawful but rather, an opportunity to disclose what’s required, and what we think is a fair and equitable compensation framework.

At Chief, we want to hire, develop, and retain the best talent, making Chief a top destination to accelerate your career. Our compensation framework is a key part of our vision, and we continually revisit and invest in our philosophy and framework to ensure we remain competitive and relevant, on a quest to achieve our vision.

The pay transparency mandates, as well as our own policies and practices, are a means of narrowing the gender pay gap and fostering an engaged and positive working environment that builds trust, on our mission to change the face of leadership.

The base salary for this role is: $90,000 + $60,000 Commission
