Experience Required
Landscape construction or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance Valid driver's license preferred Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, or installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, or planting is a plus Ability to work safely and as part of a professional team

Job Description
Regency Landscape is seeking motivated individuals who take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Qualifications
Landscape construction or installation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
Valid driver's license preferred
Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, or installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, or planting is a plus
Ability to work safely and as part of a professional team
Compensation
Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, plus paid holidays, paid vacation, performance-based bonus opportunities, uniforms, continuing education, and opportunities for advancement.
