Job Description

DeKalb Comprehensive Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director | Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lithonia, GA.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and team development. As Clinic Director, you will maintain an active patient caseload while leading daily clinic operations, mentoring staff, and driving exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy techniques.

  • Lead and mentor the clinical team while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, productivity, and quality outcomes.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.

  • Support clinic growth through excellent patient care and community relationships.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

  • Current Georgia Physical Therapy License and CPR/BLS certification.

  • Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and developing others.
