Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Actimize ActOne Case Manager Developer to join our dynamic Enterprise Risk and Compliance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Actimize ActOne Case Manager, ReactJS/JavaScript, REST API development, and SQL/data integration and a proven ability to design, develop, and enhance scalable case management solutions that meet regulatory, audit, and performance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimize ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes.
Configure and extend ActOne features such as views and alert-to-case processing.
Design and develop custom UI components and enhancements using ReactJS and JavaScript.
Build and integrate REST APIs and services for case enrichment, workflow orchestration, and external integrations.
Own and manage development tasks and deliver on time in alignment with release cycles.
Collaborate with business analysts, compliance, surveillance teams, and technology partners.
Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, audit, security, and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience with the Actimize platform with strong expertise in ActOne Case Manager.
Proven ability to configure and customize workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic.
Hands-on ReactJS and JavaScript experience for UI customization and extensions.
REST API development and integration experience.
Strong SQL and data integration knowledge with enterprise databases.
Background in banking or financial services, preferably in compliance or surveillance.
Understanding of SDLC and release management practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ownership and accountability.
Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ActOne 10.x Case Manager development.
Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives and large-scale case management implementations.
Understanding of Global Markets compliance.
