Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso bar and fresh juice bar products

  • Clean and stock deli cases according to procedure and signage.

  • Maintain working knowledge of Coffee recipes and prepared foods.

  • Operate cash register, follows all front end and cash accountability procedures.

  • Assist in opening and/or closing of the café.

  • Greet all customers with a friendly smile.

  • Initiate rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items.

  • Generate customer satisfaction; respond appropriately to customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • Previous coffee or Barista experience or similar position

  • 1 year experience in customer service

  • Operate calmly and proactively in stressful situations

  • Able to work independently.

  • Able to lift 20 lbs, push/pull carts up to 40 lbs.

  • Able to speak, read, write, and understand English
