Responsibilities

We are actively hiring for an Registered Nurse (RN) PreOp PACU.

Position Purpose: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care to ensure patient meets the criteria for admission into the facility. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the achievement of patient outcomes in accordance with the mission of the facility. Responsible for conducting business and patient care activities consistent with the hospital's policy for Patient's Rights and Responsibilities without discriminating against the individual because of sex, age, race, or religion or any other potentially discriminating factor. Responsible for the discrete and confidential handling of all patient information whether written or spoken, and to be ever vigilant and sensitive to where and how any patient information is shared.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure to practice in the State of Ohio. Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support Course; ACLS preferred and PALS preferred.

Education, Vocational Training and Experience

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Current ACLS preferred and PALS certificate preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years experience in PAT, ICU OR ER nursing preferred.

USD $32.12/Hr. USD $39.42/Hr.
