Responsibilities The Monitor Technician is responsible for the ongoing surveillance of patient cardiac monitors/remote telemetry and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms.
Qualifications REQUIRED

One (1) year of experience as a Monitor Technician

Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework.

Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.

Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units. PREFERRED
-
CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) Certification through CCI. Work Hours: 7PM - 7AM Weekend Requirements: Yes
