Job Description:

This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities, communicating the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and driving user adoption. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.

We are seeking a highly accomplished Agentic Experience Product Lead to lead portfolio strategy, prioritization, design process and execution for the AI / Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) program. This leader will shape the product and delivery agenda for enterprise software delivery platforms and capabilities, balancing customer needs for internal technical users with enterprise priorities, governance requirements, operating model effectiveness, and measurable business value. Additionally, this role will lead all user experience and design aspects for a program or portfolio, establishing design goals and providing necessary guidance/feedback. Champions innovative solutions, design and process improvements that generate significant value for the client. Facilitates innovation, design thinking, and design studio workshops to create digital experiences. The role requires strong executive influence, technical fluency, user-centric design, and product judgment to guide investments across the portfolio and accelerate value realization.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in platform strategy, enterprise prioritization, user design, executive influence, developer platform economics, AI product judgment, technical fluency, operating model design, change and work management, test execution and management, customer insight for internal technical users, metrics and value realization, and governance and standardization . This leader will align cross-functional stakeholders, drive portfolio decisions with clarity and discipline, and ensure the SDLC portfolio delivers scalable, standardized, and high-impact capabilities across the enterprise.

Developer Experience (DevEx) provides enterprise technical standards and common technical services, platforms, and tools that are leveraged by delivery teams across all lines of business. Within the SDLC Software Delivery Lifecycle program, this role leads portfolio product delivery strategy and execution for enterprise software delivery capabilities, ensuring the right investments, operating model, governance, and prioritization are in place to improve how internal technical users build, test, and deliver software at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain

  • Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team, and drives user adoption

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and aligns them on priorities

  • Prioritizes and creates work for multiple teams and works with cross-functional teams

  • Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog

  • Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements

  • Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business

  • Improve the experience for our developers, making it easier to deliver industry-leading solutions, while managing work efficiently and with the right controls

  • Advance our technology platforms through innovation

  • Reduce risk and improve quality across our technology portfolio by aligning to a single enterprise architecture strategy and delivering governance that enables consistency, integration and automation

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience leading UX, service design, or experience strategy for complex enterprise platforms, with a focus on internal technical users (developers, engineers, testers, platform consumers)

  • Demonstrated success defining platform strategy and portfolio roadmaps that align enterprise needs, business priorities, and delivery capacity across multiple teams or lines of business

  • Strong experience in enterprise prioritization, governance, and investment tradeoff decisions within regulated environments that require disciplined risk, control, and standardization practices

  • Exceptional ability to drive executive influence across senior technology leaders, engineering teams, risk partners, and business stakeholders through clear product direction, value cases, and operating decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute a holistic experience vision across end-to-end SDLC workflows, including development, testing, deployment, and operations, ensuring cohesive and intuitive user journeys across tools and platforms

  • Proven track record establishing and scaling enterprise design systems, UX standards, and interaction patterns that drive consistency, usability, accessibility, and adoption across multiple products or shared capabilities

  • Deep expertise in developer experience (DevEx) principles, including reducing cognitive load, minimizing workflow friction, and optimizing usability for highly technical users interacting with complex systems

  • Strong capability in design thinking, service design, and facilitation, including leading structured workshops (design studios, journey mapping, co-creation sessions) to align stakeholders and rapidly iterate on experience solutions

  • Demonstrated success translating customer insight and user research (qualitative and quantitative) into actionable product decisions, and measurable adoption outcomes

  • Experience integrating UX into Agile and enterprise delivery models, ensuring that design is embedded in prioritization, backlog shaping, and delivery—not treated as a downstream activity

  • Ability to define and measure success metrics, including usability, adoption, task efficiency, satisfaction, and experience-driven productivity improvements across developer and SDLC workflows

  • Strong understanding of AI-driven user experiences, including:

  • Human-in-the-loop interaction patterns

  • Transparency and explainability considerations

  • Workflow augmentation vs automation tradeoffs

  • Designing for trust, control, and effective AI adoption in engineering contexts

  • Proven ability to balance standardization vs flexibility in UX design, enabling consistent enterprise experiences while accommodating diverse team needs and varying levels of platform maturity

  • Demonstrated influence in elevating UX to a strategic differentiator within enterprise platforms, ensuring that experience quality directly contributes to adoption, productivity, and overall platform value realization
