THE ROLE At theCut, our crazy growth has been fueled by word of mouth and an incredible product supported by a world class team. We're hiring our first business Program Manager to help us continue bringing the premier barbershop experience to the masses. The plan is to go from tens of thousands of new users to millions, so you'll need to be a top notch problem solver, quick on your feet, and a world class executor. We'll be entrusting you to add some structure to the organized chaos that is a startup.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning the program management framework for growth teams & initiatives

Define, manage, and communicate regarding the performance of the key programs with OKRs, etc.

Track progress of the initiatives, provide updates as needed, and drive accountability among stakeholders

Managing risks, issues, and taking corrective measurements on key programs

Coordinating cross dependencies between internal and external teams

Turn support data into actionable product, support, and operational improvements

Managing and utilizing deliverables across programs
-
Managing stakeholders' expectations & communication
-
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome"

Managing the program management documentation & deliverables such as the program charters, timelines, RACI charts, and communication plans

Drive continuous efforts to improve growth infrastructure and processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities

Excellent team player while also being a self-starter
