Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of hot food items, including entrées, vegetables, soups, sauces, and other menu selections.

Ensure meals are prepared accurately, attractively, and ready for timely service.

Follow standardized recipes and production guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.

Safely handle, store, and rotate food while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Monitor and document food and equipment temperatures to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen and production area.

Assist with inventory, food production planning, portioning, and minimizing food waste.

Inspect and safely operate kitchen equipment, reporting maintenance concerns as needed.

Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service and support departmental goals.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Education or Equivalent required.
Experience:
- At least o ne year of cooking or food service experience and the ability to perform at the cook’s level within six months
