Job Summary

• Seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing warehouse and distribution team.

• Responsible for operating various warehouse equipment, picking and packing orders, moving inventory, and preparing shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate warehouse equipment including:

• Cherry Picker

• Stand-Up Forklift

• Reach Truck

• Order Picker

• Lift Truck

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Pull products and materials from warehouse racks and storage locations.

• Stage orders for shipment and distribution.

• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product safety and accuracy.

• Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipping.

• Move inventory throughout the warehouse using powered industrial equipment.

• Verify products, quantities, and shipment information.

• Maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment standards.

• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• Meet daily productivity and shipping goals.

Required Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as:

• Cherry Picker

• Reach Truck

• Stand-Up Forklift

• Order Picker

• Lift Truck

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.

• Experience picking and packing customer orders.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks.

• Experience staging orders for shipment.

• Experience wrapping and labeling pallets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large distribution centers.

• Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners.

• Shipping and receiving experience.

• Inventory control experience.

• OSHA and warehouse safety knowledge.

• Multiple equipment certifications or operating experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bristol, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
