Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a top telecommunications client. This candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom construction projects across Southern Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and utility construction, with experience managing contractors, project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate independently, travel throughout the region, and successfully lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. Pay rate for this opportunity is $35-40/hr)

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
• 4+ years of Telecommunications experience
• 4+ years of Utility Construction experience
• Experience managing construction budgets, schedules, and contractors
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
High School Diploma required • Bachelor's Degree
• PMP or Construction Management certification
• Experience with Sitetracker and/or Smartsheet
• CATV, fiber optic, wireless, or OSP construction experience
• Military leadership or project management experience
Experience leading complex telecom infrastructure projects
