About Us

We're a very small team building as fast as humanly possible. Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor are running agents on Gumloop across their company. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures to scale operations and are looking for people who care as much as we do to join the team.
Role Overview We're looking for a Founding Product Designer to drive design across the full Gumloop product. You'll own work from concept to delivery, contribute to our core design system, and collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with exceptional taste and a love for building complex AI-native products.
What You'll Do

Rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation

Spot opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and paper cuts

Evolve Gumloop's design language and product vision
What You Bring

You've shipped polished products and know what it takes to get from 80% to 100%

Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with AI tools like Paper, Claude Design, Cursor)

Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate

Ability to distill ambiguous problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
